An Important and Rare Pair of George III Dublin Wine Coolers James Mahony 1795, with contemporary crested armorials to front and back. The crested lid and interior with a full set of hallmarks. 18cm high by 19cm wide and with wooden inset bases. Bearing a full set of hallmarks to the sides, the lids and the liners. These wine coolers are by far one of the most important pieces of Irish Silver I have ever had.
In fact, they are only pair of Irish Wine Coolers I have ever had in nearly 30 years.
